Return, Refund and Canceled Online Orders Policy
We have a 14 days exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A $4 exchange fee applies to local exchanges.
For International Orders:
If you request an exchange, duties, taxes and related shipping charges may apply again.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label with cost to beard by the customer, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Online Order Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel online orders without a valid reason will no longer be eligible to place additional online orders.
If an order is placed by a client who has previously canceled an order without a valid reason, the following rules will apply:
1st Rule: The client will be required to pick up the items in-store on the same day the order is placed.
2nd Rule: Failure to collect the items within the stipulated time will result in the order being canceled permanently, and the items will no longer be reserved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, only exchanges are accepted on items if items are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for our products. However, we do accept exchanges for items of the same value or higher. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@shop-elly.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we'll be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that the exchanged item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will be satisfied with your exchange.
